Over the last six years, EPIC has successfully conducted over 100 seminars in Nairobi, Kenya. The bulk of our trainees usually come from leading medium-sized enterprises and blue-chip companies. We also get nominees from Government of Kenya, Non-Governmental and Non-Profit Organizations.

Our sessions are very lively and interactive. Everyone is encouraged to participate. The sessions consist of theory (projected PowerPoint presentation), role-plays, case scenarios, group work and discussions. Easy to read materials are handed out to participants. At the end of the training, the facilitator helps individuals develop action plans in relation to what they have learnt and indicate how they will implement the same at their places of work. A Certificate of Participation is issued to participants.
